The Customer Floor Representative (CFR) takes the responsibility for greeting customers and offering information about products and services and utilizing every effort possible to solve inquiries while, monitoring, patrolling and controlling access to the Company’s premises. The customers’ experience ends with the CFR, which should be seamless as possible.
Specifications
Lobby (Cambio):
- Be very courteous in welcoming and guiding customers to the relevant window and thanking them for their business.
- Assist customers in filling out necessary forms for relevant transactions as required by BOJ and AML regulations.
- Ability to provide product and services information and to promote them to the customers.
- Seek assistance from Branch Supervisor and Senior Customer Service Agents regarding customers’ queries, especially when in doubt.
- Ability to resolve simple conflicts among customers.
- Be vigilant and report any suspicious behaviors and happenings to include any physical accidents on the floor.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Always ensure that the lobby is clean and orderly for business.
Back Gate Entrance:
- Ensure that staff and visitors are logged daily and motor vehicle license numbers (entry to compound) are recorded.
- Contacting and communicating with the relevant authorities for any matter necessary.
- Monitoring (suppliers and maintenance) access to Company facilities and being able at anytime to give a verbal detailed report.
- Authorize entrance of people and vehicles while inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
General:
- Identifying suspicious behavior and acting appropriately.
- Taking appropriate action in emergency situations to include natural disasters.
- To participate in training, as required.
- Be able to work overtime as the needs arise.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as authorized by supervisor.
Requirements
• Must be functionally literate. • Acceptable knowledge and experience of the customer floor rep functions. • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. • Sound people skills. • Excellent customer service attitude.
Experience
Qualifications and experience: • Secondary/High School education • Two years’ experience in a similar capacity.
