Crafted in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico, this 100% Blue Weber Agave spirit is slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens for 72 hours to release the plant’s naturally sweet, rich nectar. After double distillation in bespoke stainless-steel pot stills, the spirit rests for eight full months in selected American white-oak barrels.
This careful aging process bridges the crisp, vibrant sweetness of a Blanco with the complex, woody depth of an Añejo. In the glass, it reveals a glowing golden hue with an aromatic bouquet of mellow citrus, sweet vanilla, and toasted nuts. The palate is velvety and layered, featuring notes of dark chocolate, baking spices, and caramelized agave that linger into a soft, polished finish.
