Sagicor Card Processing Unit Advisory
You were advised on April 8, 2022 that some Commerce Merchants did not receive full settlement/payments for transactions processed between March 26-29, 2022.
We are pleased to advise that these payments were successfully processed with transactions done on April 20, 2022 and will be reflected in your settlement total for April 21, 2022.
As a result of this payment, some of your cardholders may see a duplicate of the transaction completed on March 26-29, 2022 on their cardholder statement however, an immediate reversal/refund of the amount would also be seen following the transaction. Please note that some banks may be having a delay in applying the reversals/refunds for some cardholders, as such they may not see the refund being applied immediately.
