Prime Trust Financial Co. Limited wishes to advise our valued customers and partners that on January 21, 2025, we became aware of suspicious activity on our network that resulted in unauthorized access to personal data.
A comprehensive investigation was immediately launched in coordination with leading cybersecurity experts to determine the scope and nature of the incident, which allowed us to promptly contain and terminate the breach. We have since implemented additional security measures and enhanced monitoring of our network to prevent a recurrence in the future.
As we are committed to keeping your data safe, we will continue to conduct ongoing assessments of our cybersecurity systems to ensure that we can adequately prevent data breaches and neutralize any cybersecurity threat that may arise.
In accordance with our legal obligations under the Data Protection Act, we have submitted a detailed report to the Office of the Information Commissioner and are cooperating with all the relevant authorities in the matter.
